County, Florida.
9. Petitioners are -unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 11.
10. An authenticated copy of the decedent's last will
dated March 26, 1958 is in the possession of the above
court.

11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
- required by Chapter 733,- Florida~Statutes. Petitioners
request that the decedent's-last will be admitted to probate
and an order of summary administration be entered directing

distribution of -the assets in the estate in accordance with

the schedule set forth. in paragraph 8 of this petition.
