I, Joseph W. Butterworth, of Warwick, Virginia, being of sound
mind and disposing memory, do make this as my last will anti testa-
ment, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me:
1. I desire all my 3uat debts to be paid.
2.- L bequeath the sum of $5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) to
my daughter, Mary Elizabeth Butterworth, o! Richmond, Virginia.
3. Z devise, bequeath, and give all the rest and residue of my
estate, wheresoever situated, real affi personal, to my wife,
Elizabeth Drewry Butterworth, to be hers absolutely.
I desire that the said Elizabeth Drewry Butterworth shall
act as Executrix of my Estate without bond.

The above signature of the testator was made and the foregoing
will was acknowledged to be his last will and testament by the said
testator in the presence of ua, three competent witnesses present at '
the same time, and we, the said witnesses, sa attesting witnesses

or who was then of sound mind and over the age of twenty-one years.
