PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
daughter of the decedent and as the sole residual beneficiary under
the decedent's last Will. Petitioner's name and address are as set
forth in Paragraph 3, and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney
are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, WILLIAM GLAZER, whose last known address was
3360 Kennedy Boulevard, Jersey City, New Jersey, whose age was 77
years, and whose Social Security Number was 136-28-5976, died on
April 22, 1976, at Jersey City, New Jersey, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in Hudson County] New Jersey.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
j any who are minors, are:
RUTH PALLER, daughter, over 18 years of age;
2595 Kennedy Boulevard
E Jersey City, New Jersey 07306
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent owned real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 5. The assets in this Estate and their estimated values are
as follows:
Lot 14, Block 10, SUNLAND GARDENS, as per
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, at
page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. $1,700.00
6. The value of the entire Estate subject to administration

in this State does not exceed $10,000.00.

dead for more than three (3) years.
