8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be dis-
tributed or disposed of as~follows:

To RUTH PALLER, daughter and sole residual ~
beneficiary under the decedent's last Will:
Lot 14, Block 10, SUNLAND GARDENS, as per

page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie '
County, Florida. $1,700.00
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10.
10. An authenticated copy of the decedent's last Will probated
in the Hudson. County Surrogate's Court, State of New Jersey, which
Will complies with §732.502.(1) and §732.502(2), Florida Statutes,
accompanies this Petition, together with authenticated copies of the
domiciliary probate proceedings.
11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733,. Florida Statutes. ~
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will
be admitted to probate .and that an Order of Summary Administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in the Estate in accordance
with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 8 of this Petition.
