On the Petition of RUTH PALLER for Summary Administration of
the Estate of WILLIAM GLAZER, deceased, the Court finding that the

decedent died on the 22nd day of April, 1976; that the Petitioner is i
the only interested person; that the material allegations of the
Petition are true; and that an Order of Summary Administration should
be entered, it is _

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows:
To RUTH PALLER, 2595 Kennedy Boulevard, Jersey
City, New Jersey 07306, daughter and sole
residual beneficiary:
Lot 14, Block 10, SUNLAND GARDENS, as per Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, at page 32,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the

decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
j receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the

~ right. And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that debtors of the decedent, those {
holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or

other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and
empowered to comply with this Order by paying, delivering, and
