DORIS LENORE THURSTON
I, DORIS LENORE THURSTON, a resident of and domiciled in the
County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and
all Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST: It is my will and desire that all of my 3ust debts
and funeral expenses be paid promptly out of the principal of mY
estate as soon after my death as may be practicable.
SECOND: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate,
both real and personal, of whatever Location or description, of
which I may die possessed, or over which I have power of disposition,
I give, devise, and bequeath to my husband, EARLE HAROLD THURSTON,
to be his absolutely in fee simple forever.
- In the event that my said husband, EARLE HAROLD THURSTON,

~ shall predecease me, then all the rest, residue, and remainder of

my estate, I give, devise, and bequeath to my two children, equally,

~ share and share alike, as follows:

TO my son, EARLE LAURENCE THURSTON, of Route 3,
Box 254-0, Bryan, Texas; and

TO my son, SCOTT CLARK THURSTON, of 378 RT. 46,
Mine Hill, New Jersey .
If either of my two sons above named shall predecease me, then the
share to which he would have been entitled shall drop out and in-
crease the share of the surviving son.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my husband,
EARLE HAROLD THURSTON, as Personal Representative of this, my Last
Will and Testament. In the event that he fails to survive me, or
~ ceases to act, or for any reason fails to qualify as my Perso '1
