The need for the continuation of this guardianship no longer exists by ieason of the fact that the ward. DEBBIE LYNN HALL, has attained her majority. 2. Petitioner ides herewith a final return containing a full and correct account of all receipts and disbursements of all the ward's property of which petitioner has control since the last return filed herein, if any, or from the commencement of the administration of this guardianship if no prior return has been filed, which return includes a statement of the ward's assets. 3. Petitioner represents that it has distributed all of the remaining assets to the ward and files herewith the Receipt, Approval of Accounting, Waiver of Notice and Consent to Discharge of Guardian signed by the ward, DEBBIE LYNN HALL. (Set forth parties upon whom notice is required or recite waivers. Rule 5.680) r f WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that ~an order be entered approving all accountings not d previously approved and discharging petitioner as guardian and releasing the surety on petitioner's ~ bond, if any, from further liability.
