The undersigned Clerk of Circuit Court c8rtifies that
Notice of Public Sale of the property described in the
Final Judgment of Foreclosure was published in the News Tribune,_
a newspaper circulated in Saint Lucie County, Florida, in the
manner shown by the Proof of Publication filed in this cause
and on the 3rd day of June, 1980, the property was offered for
Pubic Sale to the highest and best bidder for cash. Said
property is described as follows, to-wit:
Parcel No. 4: Lot 17, Block 96, Meyerhoff's
Subdivision, Plat Book 8, Page 10,

The highest and best bid received for the property
was st:bmitted by CITY OF FORT PIERCE , to
whom the property was sold. The proceeds of the sale are retained
for distribution in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
