• AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE ~
On this day before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared TRENT EBNER who, after being by me first duly sworn, ~
did depose and say:

1. That he has personal knowledge of all facts stated
herein.
2. That he presently resides at 1701 S.E. Floresta Drive, `
Port St. Lucie, Florida.
3. That he was a witness to the execution of a certain
Deed on October 20, 1972 by virtue of which ELIZABETH M. CROWLEY
conveyed the referenced property to DEVITT J. ADAMS, as Trustee,
said deed having been recorded in Official Record Book 209 at ~
Page 1248 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That at the time of execution of the aforementioned deed,
he was personally acquainted with the aforesaid ELIZABETH M. CROWLEY.
5. That at the time of execution of the aforementioned deed,
the said ELIZABETH M. CROWLEY resided in Boca Raton, Florida, and
the referenced property was not then nor had it ever been the ~
homestead of the said ELIZABETH M. CROWLEY; and further Affiant
sayeth not. ~
