ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on the Motion to Compel ~
and Motion to Impose Sanctions of the Defendants and the
court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants' Motion to
Compel is granted and the Plaintiff shall give more complete
answers to Interrogatories numbered 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11, 12, and 13 propounded to Plaintiff on April 8, 1980
within days from the date of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that based on the
Affidavit of Plaintiff's counsel submitted at the hearing,
Defendant's Motion to Impose Sanctions is denied.
