ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the Plaintiff's
Motion to Compel production under Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
1.350 and the Defendant's objection to said Request to Produce and
the Court having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully
and well advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's objections to
requests No. 1, 3, 4 and S of the Plaintiff's Request to Produce are
sustained. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED that the Defendant shall and it is
' hereby ordered to produce those items requested in Paragraph No. 2
of the Request to Produce within ten days of the date of this Order
and the objection thereto filed by the Defendant is hereby overruled.
