firms or corporations, because of the injuries received, either
known or unknown, as a result of that certain incident as
described in the Complaint, is a fair and reasonable compromise
and settlement, and•is for the best interest of the minor
Plaintiff, JASON ALLEN PITTMAN, and the compromise and
settlement is ratified, approved s.nd confirmed.
2.~ That THERESA HARRISON PIT'i•MAN, as mother, next ±
friend and natural guardian of the minor Plaintiff, JASON
ALLEN PITTMAN, is authorized to collect the amount of the
compromise and settlement for and on behalf of the minor
Plaintiff, JASON ALLEN PITTMAN, without bond, and upon receipt
of-the payment of the above-mentioned sum of Four Thousand
Dollars ($4,000.00), THERESA HARRISON PITTMAN, individually,
and as mother, next friend and natural guardian of the minor
Plaintiff, is authorized and directed to execute and deliver
to the Defendants an instrument releasing and discharging the
Defendants of and from all claims that either the minor
Plaintiff, JASON ALLEN PITTMAN, or THERESA HARRISON PITTMAN,
as mother, next friend and natural guardian of JASON ALLEN
PITTMAN, has, had or hereafter may have as a result of the
incident which occurred on or about October 27, 1977, on the

St. Lucie County, Florida, causing injury to the minor Plaintiff,
JASON ALLEN PITTMAN.

3. That the claims of THERESA HARRISON PITTMAN, as
mother, next friend and natural guardian of the minor Plaintiff,
JASON ALLEN PITTMAN, are being settled out of Court for the sum
of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), for which sum THERESA
HARRISON PITTMAN, individually, and as mother, next friend and
natural guardian of the minor Plaintiff, will execute and
deliver to the Defendants an instrument releasing and discharging
the Defendants of and from all claims which THERESA HARRISON
PITTMAN, individually, and as mother; next friend and natural
