the Grantor, to

Florida 33452, hereinafter called the Grantee:

$10.00 and other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is

remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, his

Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee
that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and
convey said land; that the Trustees hereinabove named are the dul
authorized elected and qualified Trustees of said Plan; that said
F Plan authorizes and empowers the Trust to acquire, hold and convey
real estate; that the Trust authorizes, empowers and directs the
said Trustees to deal in real estate generally and specifically
i with the right and power to .acquire, hold and sell real estate;
~ that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and

whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, excep
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1979.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor, by and through its
