EXHIBIT "A" LANDS
Being a parcel of land lying in block 14 of Indrio sub-division Unit 1 as the
same is filed in plat book 5. Pave !t2 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. The boundary to said parcel being more particularly deserftied
as follows:
Part of lots 2 and 3 of said block 14 and also that part of Crestline Drive
lying, west of the west right-of-way~line of present U. S. Highway 1. From the
Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 14, run North ?0 degrees 52 minutes and 20
seconds west along the kest line of lots 3 and 4 a distance of 150 feet to
the point of beginning. Thence continue North ?0 degrees 52 minutes and ?0.
seconds West 100 feet. Thence east on a line parallel with the South line of
said lot 4 257.69 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of U. S.
Highway 1. Thence south 24 degrees 45 minutPS east along said right-of-way
line 102.88 feet. Thence west on a line parallel with the south line of said
lot 4 265.12 feet to the point of beginning.
