to remove the case from the trial calendar and for a continuance,
and the court having heard arguments of counsel, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion for
Continuance is hereby granted and further, that since Michael Jeffries,
Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, has moved orally that the Court
continue this case past the date of June 30, 1980; that said oral
