JEANNE M. WHITE, Wife.
MODIFICATION OF FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This matter coming on to be heard upon the Wife's Petition
for Re-Hearing, argument of counsel being heard, upon considera-
tion the court i~i;3s and determines that the alimony award should
be made permanent; it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Paragraph 4 of the Final Judgment is modified to provide
as follows:
"4. The Husband is ordered to pay alimony to the
Wife in the amount of Three Hundred Seventy-Five
($375.00) Dollars per month until the Wife dies or
remarries, with the first payment due on May 1,
1980."
2. The remainder of the Petition is denied, and all other
provigions of the Final Judgment entered herein on April 22, 1980
are hereby confirmed and ratified.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Ve Beach, Indian River
