Petitioners, MARTHA J. SCOTT and SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, as personal representatives of the above estate
allege:
1. Decedent, CHARLES T. SCOTT, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on July 8, 1976, and letters
of administration were issued to petitioners on July 14,
1976. _
2. Petitioners file with this petition a final ac-
counting containing a complete report of all receipts and
disbursements since the commencement of administration of this
estate,. or since the date of the last accounting filed in it,
if _any .
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims

and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
4. .The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tatives are
