estate have been distributed as set forth above and the Peti-

tioner hereby acknowledges receipt thereof constituting a com-
plete distribution of the entire estate to the Petitioner as the
~ sole beneficiary thereof.
WHEREFORE the Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
discharging the Petitioner as personal representative of this
estate.
