FISHER, Deceased. . ~ G: PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL The Petition of PHILIP DESIND and JULIA SMALL respect- fully shows: 1. MAY D. FISHER died on July 18, 1978, leaving a Last Will and Testament in which petitioners were named as co-Personal Representatives; an authenticated copy of said Will was admitted to probate on March 15, 1979, and petitioners on that date quali- fied as co-Personal Representatives; the petitioners deem it for the best interest of the estate, and necessary to provide funds - for cash bequests and payment of claims and expenses, that the following described property of the estate be sold: Lots 10 and 12, Block B, HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION NO. 5, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, Page 34, public-records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 2. Petitioners have entered into a contract for sale dated April 8, 1980 as to the above described property with WILLIE I R. BOLDEN, JR., for Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars cash. f 3. It will be to the best interest of the estate to sell said property at private sale pursuant to the contract set out ! above. ~ 4. There are estate taxes due which have not yet been paid, as t:~e return has not yet been filed, but the co-Personal Representatives allege that they will make said payments and hold the purchasers of said property harmless from any liability for ~ same.
