ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The Petition of PHILIP DESIND and JULIA SMALL, co-Personal
Representatives of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER, deceased, for leave
to sell certain property described in the petition coming on this
day to be heard; and it appearing to the court that it is to the
best interest of the estate that said property be sold at private
.sale to the parties and under the terms set out in said petition;
and the court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said PHILIP DESIND and JULIA
SMALL, co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER,
be and they are hereby authorized to sell the following described
property at private sale:
Lots 10 and 12, Block B, HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION
NO. 5, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10,
Page 34, public-records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to WILLIE R. BOLDEN, JR., for Three Thou-

sand ($3,000.00) Dollars cash.
