Personally appeared before me the undersigned authority, ROSE
A. WATTS, who after being duly sworn, deposes and~says as follows:
1. That your Affiant is the Personal Representative of the
Estate of JOHN R. WATTS, deceased, which is known as Broward Circuit
Court Probate Case No. 79-OS70.
2. That this Affidavit is being given simultaneous with the
sale by the Estate of the following described real property:
Unit 703, of SEA PINES TOWER CONDOMINIUM,
according to the Declaration thereof, re-
corded January 24, 1978, in Official Records
Book 280, Page 2622, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3, That your Affiant is conveying the above described real
property to NELSON CABALLERO and CONCEPCION CABALLERO, his wife; that
your Affiant states that NELSON CABALLERO and CONCEPCION CABALLERO,
his wife, are in no way related to your Affiant and your Affiant ack-
nowledges that the above described property is being sold and conveyed
to NELSON CABALLERO and CONCEPCION CABALLERO, his wife, for good and
adequate consideration, Your Affiant further states that NELSON
CABALLERO and CONCEPCION CABALLERO, his wife, have no interest in
the Estate of JOHN R. WATTS, deceased.
4 , Your Affiant further states that said real property is

! being sold by the Estate to obtain money to pay charges against the

Estate, expenses of Administration, and that said sale is necessary

as being in the best interest of the Estate. .
