ORDERED, ADJ'InGED AND DECREED, that:
1. Plaintiff, PATSY 0. ADAMS, as personal representative
of the estate of ANDRE ADAMS, deceased, does have and recover of and
from the Defendants, ARTHUR DAVIS and CALVIN SMITH, d/b/a ACTION
. BART and PENNINSULAR FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY, jointly and severally
the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ~ NO/100 CENTS ($100,000.00)
for all of which let execution issue.
2. Plaintiff, PATSY 0. ADAMS, as personal representative
of the estate of ANDRE ADAMS, deceased, does have and recover of
and from the Defendants ARTHUR DAVIS and CALVIN SMITH, d/b/a ACTION
MART, jointly and severally, the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS & NO/100
CENTS ($10,000.00), for all of which let execution issue.
3. The Court specifically reserves jurisdiction to enter
further orders taxing costs in this case.
