day of June, 1980, by JENSEN BEACH BANK, a Florida Banking Corp-
oration, Plaintiff, against INSTITUTIONAL REAL ESTATE PROGRAMS,
INC. and KENNETH R. SPANGLER, Defendants. -
- The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or
piece of land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
