NOTICE IS GIVEN to the above named Defendant and to all
others whom it may concern that a suit was instituted in the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida, on the 3rd day of June , 1980,
by EVANS CRARY, JR., as Trustee, against the above named
Defendant, ANGLO-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or ~
