described point bears North 15'53'28" west, 421.71 feet): thence
North 66'04'30" Bast,~310.70 feats thence South 68'08'23" Bast,
306.89 feet to a point on the Bast boundary of aforesaid Section
22 (said point being 420.00 feet northerly. from the Southeast
corner of said Section 22)j thence South 25'54"00" West, 465.57
feet to the Point of Beginning. Said lands lying in St. Lucie
County, Florida and containing 5.00 acres Hare or less.
The relief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure
of that certain mortgage given by ANGLO-AMERICAN DBVBLOPMENT
CORPORATION, to Plaintiff, recorded on March 16, 1978, in Official
Records Book 283, at Page 1942, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Plaintiff has also demanded an order decreeing
the sale of the property under the direction of the Court in
default of the payment of the amount set out to be due Plaintiff
under the mortgage, and for other and further and general relief
set forth in the Complaint.
