AMENDMENT TO
DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF
SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM C
HUTCHINSON ISLAND, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
THIS AMENDMENT, Made this ~~ay of May, 1980, by
SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corpora-
tion, hereinafter called "Developer", for itself, its successors
and assigns.
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREIN, the Developer makes the following Amendment to
the Declaration of Condominium of Sand Dollar Villas Condominium
C, t~ which i s ^aM^-~~ ~ ° °„a recorded in the
AT O. R. 800K 332 rAGE 1153 THROUGH 1200,
Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,~to-wit:
1. That pursuant to Section 5.3 of said Declaration of
Condominium the Certificate of Surveyor attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" is hereby filed due to the fact that substantial
completion of construction of the condominium has taken place.
{ 2. That the attached Certificate of Surveyor certifies
~ the facts required by Section 718.104(4)(e), Florida Statutes.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Developer has executed this
Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium the day and year
first set forth hereinabove.
