I~or convenience, the corporation will be referred to in this instrument as the Association. AR"1'ICLL• 2 PURPOSE' i 2.1. The purpose for which the Association is organized is to provide an entity ij:.rsuant to the Condominium Act, which is Chapter 718, rlorida Statutes 1977, for the operation of SANll UOLLAR•VILLAS CONDOh11N111~iS l~, C, ll, and 1:, located upon lands lying and being on IIutC11 1 11 5 0 11 Island, in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particu- larly described by Section 3 of ti~ose certain Declarations of Condo- minium for SANU llULLAR VILLAS COiJU0h1INIUhiS A, li, C, D, and E. 2. 2. 1'he ~\ssociation ill make no distributions of income to its members, directors or officers. ARTICLL• 3 PO{~'L•RS 1'he po~;e-rs of the. t\ssociation will include and be governed by the follo~ring provisions. ~ i 3.1. "fhe Association will have all of the commo}i lak and statutory powers of a corporation not.for profit that are not in conflict with the terms of these Articles. 3.-2. "1'he t\ssociation ~.~ill have all of the powers and deities set j ~ forth in tl~e Condocnini~im Act, except as limited by these Articles and the Ueclarations of Condominium for the Condominiums operated by the Association; and it will have all of the powers and duties red- i sonably necessary to operate said condominiums pursuant to their separate Declarations of Condominium, as they may. be amended from time to time, including but not limited to the following: a.
