such instrwnent thus becomes a member of the Association and the
membership of the prior owner i~ terminitcd.
4.3. '1'hc sharr. of a member in the funds and assets of the
Association cannot be assil;necl, hypothecated or transferred in any
manner except as an appurtenance to his condominium unit.
4.4. '1'!~e owner of each condominium unit shall be entitled to at
least one vote as a member of the Association. The exact number of
votes to be cast by o~,rners and tl~e manner of exercising voting rights
shall be determined by the Bylaws of the Association.

5.1. 'l'he affairs of the Association will. he_managed by a board
consisting of the number of directors determined .by the Bylaws of
the Association, but not less than three directors; and in the absense
. of such determination shall consist of three directors. Directors
need not be members of the Association.
5.2. All of tl~e duties and powers of tl~e Association existing;
wider the Condominium Act, Declaration of Condominium these Articles
and Bylaws shall he exercised exclusively by the Board of Directors,
its agents, contractors or employees, ~suhject only to approval by
unit owners when that is specifically required.
5.3. Directors of the Association ceill be elected at the'annual
meeting of the members in the manner determined by the Bylaws of the
ASSUClat1011. Uiirectors may be removed and vacancies on the Board of
directors ~,~ill be filled in the manner provided by t}ie Bylaws of tl~e
Association.
5.4. The first election of the directors will not be held until
after the lleveloper has closed the sales of all of the condominium
units of all condominiums established by it upon the lands described
in Article .2 hereof, or until it elects to terminate its control of
j the Association, or until December 31, 1~fiU, whichever first occurs.
The Directors named in these Articles will serve until the first
Election of directors and any vacancies in their nwuber occurring
before the first election will be filled by t}ie remaining directors.
