1980, by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
Corporation, hereinafter called "Developer", for itself, its
successors and assigns. .

W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREIN, the Developer makes the following Amendment
to the Declaration of Condominium of Sand Dollar Villas Condo-
minium D, to which this Amendment is attached and recorded in
the Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
1. That pursuant to Section 5.3 of said Declaration
of Condominium the Certificate of Surveyor attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" is hereby filed due to the fact that substantial
completion of construction of the condominium has taken place.
2. That the attached Certificate~of Surveyor certi- i
fies the facts required by Section 718.104(4)(e), Florida Statutes.
