hereby releases the original Obligors) from further obligations or liability
yr~de~~:~ mortgage or note referred to above.
• ~ Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned praaissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This~Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
•
6. The Or+ner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Moctgagor~s) under said
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby ag•ees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable,9n the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
