Motion for Dismissal of Motion for Enforcement, it is

19th day of May 1980, is hereby dismissed under the terms agreed to between
Petitioner and Respondent.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
