THIS CAUSE came on for hearing May 23, 1980, upon Motion for

Enforcement filed by BEVERLY ANN ARTHUR BUSTIN against BARRY LANE ARTHUR,
and the Court having considered the evidence and testimony determines
that as of May 23, 1980, BARRY LANE ARTHUR is in default in the amount
of $5,510.00 plus $13.00 Court costs, (having been given credit for two
(2) months, two (2) children in 1977 and 1978 credit of three (3) months,
one (1) child). Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of BEVERLY
ANN ARTHUR BUSTIN against BARRY LANE ARTHUR in the amount of $5,523.00

for all of which let execution issue. It is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the regular child support
payments previously ordered paid in the amount of $50 shall be paid to
the Clerk of the Court each and every week as previously ordered herein
or by application of the Petitioner a Rule To Show Cause shall issue
why the Respondent shall not be held in contempt and sentenced to serve
sixty (60) days in the county jail. '
