This matter coming on on the various motions of the Defendant,
argument of counsel being ;:card, upon consideration it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Motion to Abate for Improper Venue is denied.
2. The Motion for More Definite Statement is granted, and can
be complied with by the Plaintiff filing invoices relative to the
action.
3. The Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days in which to file
its response to the Motion for More Definite Statement.
4. The Defendant shall have ten (10) days from the date of the
! Plaintiff's filing in which to file its pleadings.
