the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of X10.00 and other good
and valuable considerations, received from EILEEN S. JONES of 2211
Valleywood Dr., S. E., Grand Rapids, Mi., 49506, the Grantee, hereby
on this ~ day of ~ia neJ 1980, conveys to the Grantee
the interests and estates in real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as:
Unit Week 8 in Condominium C-10, consisting of
Apartment numbered C-10, and its undivided share _
of the common elements of Turtle Reef Condominium I,
as such is described in the Amended Master Form Deed
~ - as recorded in Official Records Book 256, Page 235.

SUBJECT TO all terms, rights, conditions, covenants, restrictions
and reservations as set forth in the said Master Form Deed and all things
y therein referred to, and covenants that the property is free of all
encumbances, and lawful seisin of and good right to convey that property
is vested in the Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
