and valuable considerations, received from D. JEANE SHIELDS of 3475

interests and estates in real property located in St. Lucie County,

Apartment numbered C-10, and its undivided share
of the common elements of Turtle Reef Condominium I,
~ as such is described in the Amended Master Form Deed
as recorded in Official Records Book 256, Page 235.
This is not homestead property.
SUBJECT TO all terms, rights, conditions, covenants, restrictions
and reservations as set forth in the said Master Form Deed and all things
therein referred to, and covenants that the property is free of all
encumbances, and lawful seisin of and good right to convey that property
is vested in the Grantor, and thafthe Grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
