JAMES STOUT of 23 Vision Beach, Ortley Beach, N. J. 08751, the Grantor,
in consideration of the sum of X10.00 and other good and valuable considerations,
received from Turtle Reef Associates, Inc., a Florida Corporation, of P.O. Box
• 6 8, Jensen Beach, Florida, 33457, the Grantees, hereby on this day of
1980, conveys to the Grantee the interests and estates in real
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Unit Weeks 14 and 15 in Condominium D-8, consisting of Apartment
numbered D-8, and its undivided share of the common elements of
Turtle Reef Condominium I, as such is described in the Master Form
Deed, as recorded in Official Records Book 263, Page 2002.
SUBJECT TO all terms, rights, conditions, covenants, restrictions and
reservations as set forth in the said Master Form Deed and all things therein
referred to, and covenants that the property is free of all encumbances, and
lawful siesin of and good right to convey that property is vested in the
Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
