sideration of the sum of S 10,00 and other good and valuable considerations, received from:
Richard A. Baker and Joan E. Baker, his wife of 788 Woods lane,
Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan 48236
the Grantees, hereby on this 28th day of March 19 ~ conveys to
the Grantees the interests and estates in real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as:

Master Form Deed as recorded in O.R. Book 256, Page 235.
- SUBJEC'C TO all terms, rights, conditions, covenants, restrictions and reservations as
- set forth in said amended Alastcr Form Used and all things therein referred to, and covc-
' rtants that the property is free of all encumbrances, that lawful seism of and good right to
convey that property arc vested in the Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
