ORDER
This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
TARn DEHLER, born 2/24/76: and CASEY DEHLER,_ born 8/13/78;
child,
minor children, the sum of $ 2 2 . S 0 Pe[ week, per/ plus and additional $ i .00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
13th day of June 19 80 ,and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for trans-
mittal to the State of New Jersey as long as the case is certified as
a - ent
of Health & Rehabilitative.Services that the case is no longer a IV-D
case-, he wi77 h_n o ward all support to• Probation Offices Box X,
Court House, Morristown, New Jersey 07960.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
