THE undersigned, as attorney for the respective
parties in the above-captioned case, hereby do stipulate
and agree to an extension and continuance of this cause until
the first week of July, dui to the fact that Defendant was
served with the Summons on May 26~, only one week before the
hearing was set, and there is insufficient time to prepare
for a proper defense,
It is understood that the Defendant, ROBERT G. MOR?tIS,
will make payments of $20.00 per week for child support until
the case is heard, or otherwise resolved.
