ORDER
This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
FREDERICK CHARLES BROOKS, born December 18, 1973;
minor childi!8K, the sum of S ~ 2 S _ DO per month plus and additional 94,~s00 $ 2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
15th day of June l 9 8 0 ,and thereafter on 15th
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St Lucie County,
P.O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for trans-
mittal to the State of California as long as the case is certified as a

Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a V-D case, he
will then forward all support to: Office of District Attorney, Family Support
€ Division, ox , an a a, a i ornia c ec s o e made pay-
able to County of Orange, and File No. 12-70-66 and Respondent's full name
shall appear on all checks for identification purposes.
1 That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
* NO FINDING AS TO ARREARAGES.
