THIS CAUSE was duly presented by the State Attorney and
the Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being ad-
vised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this matter be and same is hereby
continued until July, 1980, on the date which shall be set for URESA
proceedings, proper notice to be furnished Respondent prior to hearing
and Respondent is ordered to bring with him to said hearing the minor
child for whom support is sought, namely: MORGAN RAY FITZWATER, date
of birth October 3, 1962.
