the Respondent having been present in Court, and the Court finding
that the minor child for whom support is sought, namely: CHRISTINA
DiTROIA, born January 31, 1977, now lives with her natural father,
VINCENT DiTROIA, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this matter be and same is
hereby dismissed.
