THIS CAUSE was duly presented by the State Attorney and the
Respondent having been present in Court, and the Court being fully -
advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this matter is continued until
July, 1980, on the date which is .set for URESA proceedings; proper notice
to be furnished to Respondent prior to hearing and Respondent shall be
required to furnish a physician's statement as to the medical condition
of his present wife, plus a list of monthly expenses incurred by him
as a result of the illness of his present wife.
