I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer
duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take
acknowledgments, personally appeared GRETA POND a/k/a GRETA
POND SULLIVAN and her husband, JAMES E. SULLIVAN, to me known
