FEA, 358 N 305 - 746.5558 THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of April 1980, between KRONOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") , and Dwane L. Sorensen and Helen T. Sorensen, his wife whose post office address is 114 Woodbine Drive Irerre Haute, Indiana 47803 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"). W I T N E S S E T H That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee, and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, St. *~ucie County, Florida, to wit: UNIT 1003 in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, recorded in Official Record Book 327, pages 1684 et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (the "Declaration of Condominium"), together with an undivided share in the Common Elements appurtenant to such Unit and all other appurtenances to such Unit as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium. Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor, hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to•comply with all of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act, Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the above-described unit.
