AFFIDAVIT OF ABANDONMENT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership, a Florida
Limited Partnership, (the "Partnership") hereby gives notice
to all concerned that the Partnership intends to convey to
Hutchinson Island Limited, Inc., a Delaware corporation,
authorized to transact business in Florida, and to abandon
the Seascape I condominium development `property described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and in accordance with §713.07(4)
of the Florida Statutes, the following information is stated;
1. That all Lienors giving notice, under that
certain Notice of Commencement recorded in
Official Records Book 299, page 1021
(as to Seascape I - Phases A&B) and in
Official Records Book 309, page 126 ( as
to Seascape I - Phase C) of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County,. Florida have been paid
in full with the exception of the lienors
described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
2. That a new Notice of Commencement will be
filed within 30 days of recording this
Affidavit by Hutchinson Island Limited, Inc.
and the Corporation will commence construction.
3. That within 30 days after the recording of
this Affidavit, the rights of any person
acquiring any interest, lien or encumbrance
on said property or of any Iienor on the
construction shall be paramount to any lien
on the prior construction unless such prior
lienor records a claim of lien within said 30-
day period.
