follows:
5. INTERESTS OF MEMBERS. Hutchinson
Island Limited, Inc., a Delaware corporation,
shall be the General Partner and Hutchinson
Island Limited, Inc, a Delaware corporation,
shall be the Limited Partner.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the General Partner and Limited
Partner have hereunto set their hands and seals this
day of June, 1980 and do hereby swear to the fact that all of
the foregoing statements are true and correct.
