Condominium Parcels No. 6223, 6414, 6415, 6423, 6424, 6426,
6432, 6436 and 6513, of BEACHTREE II, a Condominium as per
the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Records Book 321, pages 2609 through 2688 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as amended in
Official Records Book 325, page 1487 and further amended in
Official Records Book 329, page 258 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; together with an undivided interest
in the common elements and limited common elements thereof,
together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
SOBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. The terms, covenants, agreements, obligations
and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium.
2. Conditions, limitations, restrictions, reservations,
easements, rights-of-way, agreements and covenants of record,
if any, provided; however, that nothing contained herein
shall operate to reimpose any of the foregoing.
3. Taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent
years.
4. All unrecorded Purchase Deposits or Contracts
for Sale and Purchase.
