Condominium Parcel No. 321 of OCEAN VILLAS I, according to
the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Records Book 259, pages 2791-2856, inclusive, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with an
undivided interest in the common elements and limited common
elements thereof, together with all appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SOBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. The terms, covenants, agreements, obligations
and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium.
2. Conditions, limitations, restrictions,
reservations, easements, rights-of-way, agreements and
covenants of record, if any, provided; however, that nothing
contained herein shall operate to reimpose any of the foregoing.
3. Taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent
years.
4. Mortgage executed_by Hutchinson Island Limited
Partnership, a Florida Limited Partnership, in favor of
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce
dated December 15, 1977 and recorded in Official Records
Book 278, Page 2827, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida in the original principal sum of THIRTY-FIVE
THOOSAND TWO HONDRED DOLLARS ($35,200.00) which mortgage
Grantee assumes and agrees to pay.
5. That certain Contract for Sale and Purchase
dated April 23, 1980 between Hutchinson Island Limited
~I Partnership, a Florida Limited Partnership, and Raymond
M. Tierney, Jr., and Arthur R. Schmauder.
