Condominium Parcel No. 422 of OCEAN VILLAS I, according to
the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Records Book 259, pages 2791-2856,•inclusive, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida= together with an
undivided interest in the common elements and limited common
elements thereof, together with alI appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. The terms, covenants, agreements, obligations
and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium.
2. Conditions, limitations, restrictions,
reservations, easements, rights-of-way, agreements and
covenants of record, if any, provided= however, that nothing
contained herein shall operate to reimpose any of the foregoing.
3. Taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent
years.
4. Mortgage executed by Hutchinson Island
Limited Partnership, a Florida limited Partnership, in favor
of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce
dated January 28, 1977 and recorded in Official Records Book
263, Page 2572, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
in the original principal sum of THIRTY-TSrJO THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($32,700.00) which mortgage Grantee assumes
and agrees to pay.
